Where do I check in and pick up my badge?

Grab your badge and check in at registration which is on your left as your enter Freight Island – registration opens at 9:30AM. Sponsors and exhibitors and Fast Pass holders can collect badges from 8:30AM.

Do I need to bring a ticket or ID?
Yes please show your badge email on your phone.

Can I register on the day?

You can! But you might be better to save time and register before you arrive so you can start enjoying the event asap.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
You can nominate a substitute attendee any time up to 48 hours before the event. Just drop us a quick email at hello@affilifest.com with their details.
Heads up: we can’t process badge swaps onsite, so make sure to get in touch in advance.

Can I get a reprint of my badge if I lose it?

No, we do not offer badge reprints. Please take care of your badge, as it is required for entry.

Networking & The App

How do I access the event app?

  • Link is here: https://qrco.de/bftOTi

  • You can also search “Affilifest North” in the App Store / Google Play

  • Enter your email to receive a magic login link

  • When you register you will be added to the app at 5pm that day. If you register on the event day you will be added at the top of the next hour.

Where can I find the attendee list?
Exclusively in the Event App.

Can you send me a copy of the attendee list?

Sorry we aren’t allowed to share data like that under GDPR :(

Location & Logistics

What’s the venue?

Freight Island, 11 Baring Street, Manchester, M1 2PZ.

The nearest train station is Manchester Piccadilly Station - just a short 2-minute walk away.

Manchester Victoria is a 10 minute Uber ride or jump on the 2 Free Bus from Victoria Rail Station and get off at Minshull Street, we're a 9 minute walk from there.

Where can I stay in Manchester?

Affilifest is likely to keep going late into the night (unofficially) so why not book a stay in Manchester? We’ve teamed up with HotelMap, who’ve lined up the best hotel deals in Manchester for the event dates. No faff, no overpaying - just decent rates at spots near the action. Check them out here.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. If you have any accessibility needs, let us know when registering or email hello@affilifest.com

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes – a free cloakroom for coats and bags is available.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes! Venue WiFi will be available, perfect for messaging and web browsing.

What’s On

Where can I find the full agenda?
In the Event App.

What are the Roundtables, and how do I join?
Join small-group chats on hot topics from 11AM–5PM. It’s where real conversations (and deals) happen.
📲 Sign up in the Event App – spots are limited. If there are no spots you can try your luck at the time of the session in case of no shows.

How do I find the people I want to meet?
Use the matchmaking and attendee list features in the app.

What time are the sessions?

  • 10:00AM–12:30PM: Morning Content 
     

  • 2:00PM–5:00PM: Afternoon Content

Can I get slides or materials?
If available, they’ll be shared after the event in the app

Can I ask questions during talks?
Yes – there will be Q&A opportunities throughout all sessions.

Food & Drink at the Show

Is lunch included?

If you’ve got a Fast Pass, you’re in for a treat! Enjoy complimentary lunch from Voodoo Rays serving up delicious options right on-site.

For everyone else, Nells Pizza will be open for purchase, so you won’t need to leave Freight Island. Freight Island is a cashless site.

Where do Fast Pass holders collect their lunch voucher?
With your badge at registration. ✨ (Don’t lose it – we can’t reissue.)

Where can I grab a drink or snack?

  • Water: Free cans around the venue

  • Free coffee/tea: Ornellio's

  • Barista coffee: Available to buy at Ornellio's

  • Ice Cream: Available from 11am at the ice cream van in the outside area
     

When does the bar open?

  • 3PM: Bar opens

  • 4PM–5PM: Happy Hour = FREE drinks

  • After 5PM: Paid bar
     

Post-Event

Where can I see event photos or videos?
Shared via email and on our social channels after the event.

When is the next Affilifest?

Sponsor & Exhibitor FAQs

Can I hand out branded items outside of my stand/space?

If this is not included in your contract, it is considered an additional sponsorship package. Please contact Emma for details.

I’ve purchased a lead scanner - how do I use it?

The lead scanner works through the Affilifest app. We’ll send you a step-by-step guide ahead of the event so you can get set up in advance. You’ll be able to add your team to your exhibitor profile, so everyone can make the most of the lead scanning feature on the day

When can I send my items to the venue?

Unless you’re using one of our recommended suppliers and have arranged delivery directly with them, all items must be brought with you when you set up your stand/space. (Check the exhibitor manual for details).

Affilifest and Freight Island cannot accept deliveries on your behalf and cannot take responsibility for any items delivered to the venue.

Where can I store my items during the event?

Unfortunately there is no storage space available at the venue. All items must be on stands/sponsor areas.

Can I offer food or drink giveaways at my stand?

The venue holds exclusive rights as the sole provider of catering for the event. This means no external catering is permitted, including any food or drink brought in to hand out to attendees.

Contact Emma with your ideas and we’ll get you a quote from the venue to provide.

When can I set up my stand/space?

Exhibitors and sponsors will have access on 2nd September from 4pm - 6pm, and from 8:30am on 3rd September.

Due to event set up restrictions we cannot provide earlier access.

Can I swap or add furniture on my stand?

Furniture isn’t interchangeable or transferable. If you don’t want any of the furniture included in your package, let Emma know as soon as possible.

You’re welcome to bring your own furniture, but it must be brought in during exhibitor set-up times.
