Kirsten joined EssenceMediacom in 2018 and has worked her way up to Affiliate Director – Head of Affiliates, leading the team on their global strategy across all major verticals for Affiliates, Aggregators and Lead Generation. Kirsten is passionate about dispelling previous misconceptions around Affiliates to showcase the full potential of the channel and deliver fully integrated campaigns as part of the wider marketing mix. Kirsten is also part of the Affiliate Links Board which exists to elevate diversity across Affiliate and Performance Marketing in the UK through personal connections.
